Our practice teams are made up of the best in the business and we need your help to attract more superstars! 

To support our recruiting efforts, we are offering a monetary bonus for team members who refer a candidate selected for an open position in a partner practice. 

Bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and terms outlined below.

Referral Bonus Amounts:

Non-provider positions: $500

Hygienist positions: $2,000 

Doctor positions: $2,000

Bonus Payout Schedule

50% following the candidate's first day of employment. 

50% once the candidate completes 90 days of employment. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for the referral bonus, the team member referring the candidate must be employed by a supported practice or the management team at the time of the payout. C-suite and those involved in the hiring process are not eligible (i.e. on-site doctor/partner of the hiring practice).

Part-time Referrals

If the position offered or accepted is for a part-time role, the referral bonus will be pro-rated to 75%.  

Additional Details 

If a dental assistant refers a doctor that is ultimately hired, the DA would be eligible for the $2,000 bonus.

If a doctor refers a non-provider candidate such as a front desk team member that is ultimately hired, the doctor would be eligible for the $500 bonus.

If a doctor/partner or office manager refers a candidate for another practice’s available position, they would be eligible for bonus payout (as long as they were not directly involved in the hiring decision).  

All referral payouts would be paid by the practice sourcing the new candidate. Anyone working at any of the supported brands is eligible for the bonus regardless of the office the candidate is being sourced for (i.e. a team member in the Greater Charlotte area can be rewarded for helping to refer a candidate to one of the Eastern N.C. offices).

Should the hiring office hire a candidate sourced without a referral, no payment/bonus would be made.
